Terms of exchange and return:

  • Goods that have not lost their consumer qualities and a receipt for payment for the goods are allowed for exchange and return. Return or exchange is possible only in the country of Indonesia in the province of Bali.

  • Items whose commercial or consumer properties have been lost due to the fault of the buyer, in particular, as a result of violation of the rules of operation (overload, extreme operating conditions, mechanical damage as a result of careless handling, etc.) are not accepted for exchange and return.

  • When returning goods that did not suit the buyer for personal reasons (wrong color, size, shape), the online store returns only the cost of the goods, excluding shipping costs. Return or exchange of goods is carried out at the expense of the client.
